Corston products are beautiful and really elevate the design of your house/commercial property. The service is wonderful when placing an order.
The only challenges I have encountered is the service when returning items - incorrect refund amounts, lack of communication, etc. Seems they are eager to sell, but not to support with refunds.

I received this sample on time, and I must say that I was satisfied with the quality and finish of the materials, as well as their overall build quality.
My only criticism concerns the brass sample, which, due to the nature of the material itself, tends to oxidize relatively quickly. That being said, it is clearly a niche product and one that would rarely be proposed in installation projects.
On the other hand, this product could certainly be suggested to a private client if they specifically requested items with a superior or premium finish.

I don't understand that the power outlet attached to the lamp is an English plug and not a european / french one!
do not sell on the french market - it makes no sense

We supply the lamp with a standard 13A UK plug. However, the plug includes a small screw on the front which, when removed, allows you to detach the UK adaptor and reveal the standard European plug underneath. This enables the lamp to be used with standard European sockets.
We appreciate that this may not be entirely clear from the product instructions, so we have passed this feedback on to the relevant team.
