I’m disappointed, you’re using the generated pictures or smth like this on your website. The garment in real life has different proportions from what it is in real life. Also it creates an optical illusion how the object is in real life, especially the texture. It looks completely matt and not polished at all. The thickness (the width) is also different from what it is. And also the proportions, again.

we have not been able to install them yet and will need more if we install, at least 5 and a light switch. We like them but the issue comes to cost. If we start with this in the kitchen which we mostly like will, then it becomes cost prohibitive to place throughout the house because then we are into door handles plus other items beside the sockets. However, we love the design and product.

The order was handled and delivered quickly. I made a mistake while submitting my email adress which was solved very quickly via the whatsapp interaction I had with the customer service.
I really like the design of the plates, toggle swatch and dimmer also seems great. However mounting the backboxes for Kew is horrible - basically impossible. Everything has to be perfectly aligned and even or it won’t fit. Also the plate can’t be rotated at all so if the backbox is not 0” perfect it will look crooked.
Guides for ordering are also really poor as the accessories for backboxes like rings etc are necessary for mounting on basically any surface besides a drywall.
Ultimately, the items look great on the outside but the installing part is poorly executed. Cheap LK mount are much better designed in this aspect
