Fabulous qualtiy product, and staff responsive online. But dramatically bad service from Fedex Italy. Please do not use them it will damage your business. Look at the complaints on trustpilot for fedex. Mr Gray even mentions your commiment to delivery of the product in his video……review your relationship with the. Italy is an important market for you in the design field, highest ratio of architects and designers….all potential customers. I made a large order for sockets and light switches. The qualities is just superb. There is nothing like this out there and I have done so much research. I highly recommend the product on top of this. The customer service is superb very helpful, kind and resolving any issues that might occur I had a slight issue with delivery and I was running out of time I had to install the products. Customer Service helped me immediately.

nous avons 2 lumières clarement fluted glass mais une sur les 2 a déjà le pas de vis cassé. Nous les avons installées de chaque côté de notre lit, le rendu est magnifique mais nous avons un gris doute sur la durée dans le temps.
