I originally ordered two light fixtures for my newly renovated kitchen and received them very quickly from you as ordered - thank you. Then as an afterthought I wanted one more light Fixture of the same (hammersmith large light pendant light fluted) for my kitchen, and ordered it. I received the order a few days afterwards, but it included also an additional glass body for the medium pendant ?? I did not understand why but kept it as a spare - thank you. Two days ago, I received another parcel from you (which I have not opened so far in order to be able to ship it back to you without damaging your very nice packaging) in what I assume is another Hammersmith medium or large pendant light, I have no use for. I wonder what went wrong with the process of ordering? Generally speaking, I am very happy with your products, both the hardware for the cabinets and the light fixtures. Please let me know at your convenience what you would like me to do ?

très bien , sur le site il devrait y avoir plus de détails car ça parle aux bricoleurs mais pas aux novices ( notamment sur les va et vient il faudrait dire que ce n'est valable que pour 2 points d'allumages sinon il faut prendre des poussoirs )
J’ai acheté une magnifique poignée en laiton, envoi rapide qualité exceptionnelle mais entraxe entre la poignée et la condamnation n’est pas standard donc je ne peux pas m’en servirent, certe j’aurai dû regarder les entraxe mais en tant que particulier je pensais cela standard…
