Delivery

We use either DPD, DHL or FedEx to send out European orders from our workshop in Poland.

All orders are DDP (delivered duty paid) within Europe, so you’ll never be faced with any unexpected costs or customs documents. The price you pay at the checkout is the only price you’ll have to pay.

If you already have your tracking number to hand, you can start tracking your order. Otherwise, we’ll send you an email with the information you’ll need to follow its progress.

Occasionally, you may be asked to sign for your order, but typically, the courier will use photo proof of delivery.

We try to keep all our products in stock, but occasionally, something might be sold out. If it is, you’ll find the expected restock date on the product page. Meanwhile, you can still order it – there’ll just be a bit of a wait before it arrives.

Engraved and bespoke items have a lead time of five to seven working days, although we always aim to be quicker. Large orders can take a little longer.
